I'm a software engineer who ships tested, scalable web and mobile apps from first idea to production.

I'm Isaac Ayeni, a Software Engineer in Lagos who works across the whole stack. For over four years I've built and shipped products for banks, health startups and fitness brands, from React Native and React frontends to the backend services and APIs behind them. That includes Optiverse 2.0 by Optimus Bank, a live fintech app on Google Play and the App Store. I handle everything from Figma to production, so what reaches users is fast, polished and dependable.

    Lead Mobile Developer at Optimus Bank, Lagos

    • Build core features of Optiverse 2.0, the bank's iOS and Android app, and assign work across the team.
    • Built the Lite and Avanzar account opening portals, and the account opening flow on the bank's website.
    • Ship changes to the bank's public website.

  2. May 2025 - July 2025

    Mobile Developer (contract) at MapIs4U, Canada

    • Built the profile, patient, physician, AI and chat screens of a telehealth app.
    • Added real-time chat plus voice and video calls with Socket.IO.

  3. December 2024 – July 2025

    Mobile Developer (contract) at Kubby Space, US

    • Led development of the mobile app, from sign-in to storage, store and messaging.
    • Integrated Scanbot SDK for document scanning.

  4. July 2024 – May 2025

    Mobile Developer (contract) at Oriz Life, US

    • Built the main screens of a fitness and wellness app and its sign-in flow.
    • Integrated Apple HealthKit and the API for user-created plans.

  5. March 2022 – January 2023

    • Designed and built much of the IUFMP flood complaint app and its API.
